Edit: I'd include Homer's fixie task, but I never had it so I can't miss it.

The only one I really miss is Moe hunting for turkeys. The other ones that crack me up (Lisa petting the turkey, Homer with the Uranium rod, Ned showing his wrath) are still available from their costumes.

I'll miss having a lovestruck Milhous pursuing Lisa after the current event ends.
