It finishes on the 28th I think, if you tap on the heart counter it tells you in the info that comes up. Why do you want more trains they're grotesque!

February 25th it ends the train and pond may become premium on the 20th and he probably wants more trains for the bonus %

Yes you're right. However those 2 items have now changed and have become multipliers and remain like that even after the event is over
