I finally got in... AND can perform actions in my own town, as well as visit friends and collect rewards. I noticed that not all of my friends Christmas homes had reset themselves. Someone else had recently been collecting from them...?

Update. Turned my phone off and back on again, went back into the game and there was an update in the start up screen. Now it's working. we'll see if it lasts.

Um it just logged me out of Origin and when I logged back in I could get into my game... now all my friends are GONE! Is there any chance they'll come back?
