Contact the store in which you bought them from ask them for a refund explain that soon after the you bought them the game crashed and you never got the doughnuts you could contact EA but that's the slow boat to China. the store will just refund your money EA might give you the doughnuts if you can prove you did pay for them by showing them an account statement. once you get the refund then buy them again hopefully it wont crash on you a 2nd time. I have bought doughnuts several times in the last 11 months. and have never had that happen so might just be a fluke.
