I can't click on friends buildings after I gave away all my valentines

Sorry, but the only action available to you during this update is tapping on characters to give valentines and receive hearts, with the one exception being able to revive withered roses. You can't tap any buildings until the update ends. If you can't find characters to tap, it's because your neighbors haven't logged on and cleared their characters lately, not because you gave away all your valentines.
