What is the upside to waiting almost a year for something you'd have in 90 days? Perhaps if you waited a little you could time the birth of the 3rd Spuckler to coincide with Christmas. Even that's an extra month of waiting.
Imma just gonna go with the flow... once that donut count gets to a reasonable amount, i'll be speeding up the birth of the little spuckler, and then i'll do the same again for the other two spucklers, yep, sit and wait until it gets down to about 10 donuts per kiddiewinkie, job done
While I won't be waiting until Christmas, I'm letting her "pregnancy" run its normal course, so I imagine I'll have all 3 kiddos sometime around Thanksgiving.

Wow... that seems like a long time away.
Don't forget having an actual baby would take 9 months

From what I've read, that's not going to happen. It's a flat rate of 30 donuts per kid, no matter the time left. (I could be wrong, this just comes from posts I've seen on the Spucklers)

Ahhh, well if the rate doesn't change then i'll just have to wait a while until i've got the last few premium items i want then advance the birth of the little spucklers, either way is good for me, just not the 90 day wait, i'm impatient these days since i moved over to the dark side of donuts

The rate decreases over time. Brandine in my town has 80 days and 8 hours until she has given birth to her first child. It would cost me 27 doughnuts to speed it up.
If the kids were playable, I would speed it up. Since they just walk around generating money, the pregnancy can run its course. I may speed it up once it gets to around 10. We will see.

I feel the same way, but have to admit I already miss her 24-hour 'Defend Springfield' task.

I'm doing the same thing. I'm not in enough of a hurry to use donuts to speed it up.

What does having a normal baby at 9 months have anything to do with the game? Lmao
Be different if the game was based in real time. Nothing in it is. Well maybe corn.
Who'd want their birthday on Christmas Day? Not me!
Mine is 3 days after and it was pretty crummy growing up. By Dec 28, people are all holiday'd out and my birthday kinda felt like a begrudged after thought.

So it's kind of like triplets!
