I wouldn't count on it. If I remember correctly, they didn't offer anything for the spin tokens that weren't used on the Christmas wheel. They disappeared with the update.

1. There are rumors of a heart grinder which would turn hearts into cash. The Tapped Out Page posted something on facebook about it a few days ago, but quickly removed it. Maybe someone jumped the gun, or they just accidentally posted a scrapped idea. We still have a few days to find out.
