Disappearing Buildings

My husband uses an iPad, and his buildings have been disappearing of late too. The film set is the worst on his device. The fountains from VD also break up all the time now. He's reinstalled and restarted, but the glitch is still there.

You have to make sure that before you log out you wait a few minutes so the game knows that your built the building another thing you need to do is go to your friends menu then head back into your city do this a few minutes after you buy something with doughnuts or build something with cash.

This forces the game to save your town by syncing it with the servers. In fact i do it every time i am going to log out of my city i do the save routine.

I'll be sure to do that from now on. what confuses me is that I hadn't just placed either building. the orange house was 12 hours from completion and the prison had been there for a few days. I had also logged in once or twice earlier that day.

I suppose at this point they're gone for good and I'll just have to get them again. thank you for the tip, tho. I'll be sure to do that from now on.
