    Ok....

We've got the Christmas quests :

    1)Decorate houses
    2)Build Mapple, bowl-a-Rama, try-n-save
    3)acquire santas little helper
    4) whatever apu's 7 day workweek is for and the upcoming Gil thing is

And the Simpsons canon quests :

    1) level to 24
    2)build Hibbert & hospital

    I'm probably leaving some out,

Apu's 7 day thing does nothing but just gives you exp and money.

I don't remember what triggered it, but this is what it says in my task list.

I believe after Homer and Lisa finish playing in the snow, Marge's task is triggered.

After Lisa does snow angel and Homer makes snowman you get Bart nutcracker task. Once he is done the Marge quest starts and I am on it now and it finishes in 20m so i'll update then.

I need abut of advice on this topic, I just hit level 16 and got the prompt to do the Apu 7 day quest (said something about being busy or not busy this time of year). I'm wondering if I should send him on his or not, does it effect the Holiday quest progression? I am concerned about having him occupied so long and delaying other quests.

    Thanks!

I've had him on this task for 3 days and it has not affected any Christmas tasks.

The Marge task is set off after the Bart nutcracker. She starts saying how she loves Christmas and Homer, Bart and Lisa all ask her for something and then she says she is going in to make treats not sure what happens after because in my game she just started but Im sure you will get the 10 Santa coins plus what she earns for the task.

It's my pet theory that these two are related and the end of Apu's task will trigger Gil's sales pitch. I'm basing this on nothing.

And the Marge task comes up after Bart's nutcracker one. I know because a couple of hours after Bart finished Marge finished the task I had set her on (bake treats) and she got the quest....to bake treats. :?

    Belated thanks btw.

My post was half sarcastic, half puzzled, and all frustrated trying to keep the quests times straight.

No. The game seems to be smart enough to know that you don't have premium buildings. My decorating quests ended when I had all the non-premium buildings done.

If I don't have Marge yet will I be stalled out on quests or will it skip to the next one?

    Thanks!

I can't speak for Christmas, but at Halloween I was stalled when I hadn't built Moe's yet to get Marge. I had to sit waiting forever with the task of sending her to spend the night in the bad dream house. It didn't skip it, so I would definitely concentrate your efforts on the main storyline rather than Christmas.

I believe it's 15 if you have the Muntz house and Krabappel appt. But only 13 if you don't have Frink's Lab or the Volcano Lair.

is it possible that more than one event cant trigger other events? sometimes I read about how other people got their events triggered and notice that sometimes mine happen differently... not all but some...
