Try uninstalling the game and reinstalling and post back here if that helps! :-)

I was at level 12 just clicking around on the game. Game crashes and I go to log back in and it keeps telling me that my other device didn't save but I don't play it on another device! Then it starts over from the very beginning! I'm so pissed right now after spending money and time on this game. I'm probably just not going to waste my time because frankly I don't feel like working back up to the level I was at. Bottom line don't waste your money on this crappy game people :evil: Pissed pissed pissed

same problem with my I phone 4s..has my login name and when I get into the game it takes me back to level 1...I'm on level 38!! When I log out and then log back in..the screen says that this account has been signed into another device...I have NO other device!!! I'm not starting over on this game!!!

Go to "Account/town has been reset to level 1"
I tried Solution 2, and it worked.
For my Samsung phone, it had to go through 200+ MB of update downloads again.

(Android 4+)

I was a little over 200 points away from being level 39 and now for 5 days in a row it's starting back over at level 1. I've sank way too much time into this game to start back over. Fix this soon please or I'm done!!
