Tapping Yupperchaun in friends' towns pays

From what I read it's like sideshow Bob it doesn't count as your 3 actions. Also if anyone was wondering tapping the leprechaun (wishing well one) in a friends town does not payout

So I just visited my main town again, from my second feeder and repeatedly tapped Yuppers just to make sure I wasn't imagining things! When I logged into my main town and tapped him, I only got the usual coupla $. I'm positive I got 25XP last time, maybe it's only once in 24hrs - can anyone confirm this? If not, I guess I'll just have to wait and try again tomorrow!

Sometimes you just do earn $25 from it. My brother has the Yupprechaun and he kept tapping it for money and randomly it gave out $25. I guess it's just random. :-\

Aah, ok. So I guess it was probably just coincidence that he paid out more just after I realised he paid out for friends... :oops: Oh well... :roll:

Still remains that if you're in a friends town if you see Yuppiecaun then tap him

But it does cause him to run off in his crazy way-which I love!

We read this and My wife tapped my little fellow in town and no results. She had already visited my town earlier so this may only work if you still have taps remaining. Otherwise I got only 2xp from tapping hin

I tapped him just to see him run away, and was pleasantly surprised when he dropped a little cash. So I chased him and he dropped more money, and then dropped some XP. (I was wondering if it was just the Yupperchaun, good to know that it is.)

Yes, this also applied to the normal Leprechaun from last year, sometimes he will drop a larger amount of cash or xp.

This is not correct. Both payout the same. I tapped @ 10 times each.
$2,$25=$27 or 1xp,5xp=6xp
I didn't try in friend visit.
