    If you have an origin account uninstall the game and reinstall, log back in and hope for the best!

    If that doesn't work contact EA and tell them about your issue. That's all I can do for you, sorry! :-\

    EA will not respond to you on these forums you need to open a ticket if you have it open not much else you can do but wait. took 30 days of not playing to fix my city back in January.
