why are people obsessed with level updates? A slap in the face? All a level update is, is a new storyline with a character and a building. These episode tie-ins and holiday events are the equivalent. The only people that lose out, are people not yet playing...

I love little updates like this. Some of you guys are so impatient! These little guinea pigs are so cute when they roll up in a ball. I wonder if I hadn't tapped any of them if I could keep 40 of them roaming instead of just the 1 we will get.

They would of disappeared next Wednesday

Aw no way really? I haven't tapped any in my feeder town hoping to keep them in there once i read it costs real money to get just one.

Ea knows what it can do with its expensive gerbils! :?
All my designs look unfinished because i can't place as many plants, streetlights, and fences as i would like. PLEASE REMOVE THE LIMIT, EA!

It's pretty pathetic that the people on this forum who say "gee be more patient" or "you guys complain about no level update too much" are all the people with 0-50 posts. Basically someone who is not level 38 or someone who has not been playing since they first started updating the content.

When you have been max level for over a year with no buildings to save towards, no quest lines, nothing to purchase, then you can tell me to stop whining. This is an extremely dry patch for ea, their last two events have sucked horrifically, FP was a weeklong expansion that got you a car that can't be rightfully placed in a driveway, another useless pet to add to the pile, an irrelevant building and some random head that's almost as sickening as the totem pole that EA even acknowledged was a leftover gift they just threw in.

Seriously, I don't ever rush missions with donuts, and I get thru the content in a couple days. For what? Dialogue that insults me? This is more than a slap in the face, this is just spitting in our face now.

    When exactly is whacking day?

Whacking day is May 10th. My dad calls me every year to wish me a happy Whacking Day. What can I say, my family is a little strange!

    My birthday :D

because it's something new to build and do.. when you get to level 38 and have everything you want the game can get boring.

i have plenty of cash saved up just from tasks and building collection for the next 10+ level updates.. if i wasn't trying to unlock stampy (who i will unlock within the next 3 or so days because i only have 28 neighbors) i would have no reason to play the game every day anymore.

I don't know if I want a Level 39 update or FP 6-10 prizes more. FP 1-5 were pretty sweet and, right now, I'm just visiting neighbors to graffiti but not getting anything out of it myself.

I feel your pain jennylyn. I'm bored and cranky lately with this game. I'm hoping they are stalling level 39 to try and fix the rollback issues that got really bad with level 38. Only time will tell.

It's odd I'm actually hoping they are having some sort of issue and the reason they are taking so long is because they are giving us more land and/or a new twist to the game.

I say your comment is a slap in the face. I may not have many posts but I have been playing for well over a year, am at level 38 with no quest lines to complete but I don't have many posts on here. I just do not like posting negative comments all the time. When I do chime in around here its to add to the wish lists and help people out.

Its getting old reading thread after thread of non stop EA/game bashing. Just because I feel that way and only have a handful of posts does not mean I just started playing this game. It means I have patience. Which it seems a lot of people around here lately need to practice more.
