It is possible. As you can see from my screenshot, all you have to do is rotate the fence so that the green part is on the other side and then you can place anything right up to the edge of the fence.

yeah i know, but check my screenshot again. the fence is exactly at the sidewalk, and the plants are exactly at the fence, theres no free space between them.

//edit: in the right corner you can see a bigger fence and some parking lots and they got the same position, if i try it, its not working

Is this a screen shot you found online or is it one of your neighbors? If its a neighbor you can try sending them a message through origin and see if they respond. And if they do, let us know how they did it

maybe but i think its a long time ago and the busstop to krustyland is a bit newer...

I don't know much about this stuff but I'll say what no one else is saying. It appears to be some sort of hack or a photoshop job.

Its or Photoshop or old glitch (like with "engine" cars now) - they don't take up any space

argh! i want to be able to do this!

fence should be able to overlap sidewalk/streetedges!! which is the only way this image would be possible in game.

is it a feature unique to the white fence? stupid premium fence!
