Yes, unfortunately. I've logged in and ended up in someone elses town. Lucky for them I'm a nice person and logged out straight away. Other people log in to find all of their tasks rushed and donuts gone, or someone has purchased a premium item they didn't want. Seems to have slowed down a bit recently, but people are still reporting it in the Bugs & Issues section. That's why I try not to have large amounts of donuts, and only get them when I want to buy something.
