Town has been totally rearranged. All donuts missing, premium items gone

Ugh. That makes me sick to my stomach. I'm so sorry for you. I can't believe this is still going on. Pretty much solidifies my resolve to not buy donuts until this security breech is resolved.

Contact EA right away. They respond quickly, I speak from experience. Touch nothing in that game.

I'm so sorry to hear about that! How awful! I agree, EA really needs to fix this, it's gone on for far too long!

Hope EA will step up and do what they can to get your town back in order.

What/Where do I go?

I have already got most of my stuff back the way I had it. The little * made every other piece of my road a river (very aggravating to tap on the correct thing to get rid of it), put all kinds of my people on quests (judging by the time left on the quests, it was done between 5-6 hours ago), And I have empty places for things that I simply cannot remember what went there.

You know it's not really the issue of me having to rearrange my town, but almost all my money is gone (I had around 3.5 million), the donuts, and some (although I don't know exactly what yet) of my stuff is missing, I just would like them back.

At the bottom of this page is a customer support link. Type "tapped" into the search box. Scroll down the next page to the contact button. When I've been there, I left a message and waited for an email. From other reports, if you're there at the right time you can live chat with someone.

When I contacted them about a different issue, one mentioned restoring my town from an backup. Since you know the last time your town was good, maybe they'll do that for you. That would get back everything you lost, and back in the right spot.

The first thing I noticed is that my Tire Fire is gone, haven't did much digging other than that. I just read a comment on another post and though "I didn't see that on mine" and sure enough, it was gone. I did an email and told them about when it happened and when the last time I personally knew it was legit. Thanks for your response!

Going through I now notice ALL of my Christmas stuff is gone, except the tree, and most of the Halloween stuff.

and then EA wonders why people resort to cheating. THAT'S WHY. this is UNACCEPTABLE. to lose an entire town basicly cause they're freaking LAZY

I honestly do not understand why people have to touch someone else's town when they get logged into a different town, just log out simple! That aside this issue shouldnt even be happening

There should be a fix done straight away!

Or as it has been mentioned on here by a few people adding a password system to be either spend your donuts and also add the password to be able to sell anything, or just fix the bloody issue!

OP 1st things 1st you need to contact EA unless you have done this already?! What ever you do dont touch your town (whats left of it) make a list of what has happened, whats been sold moved etc.

Really hope EA can fix this for you

Sorry!! Unfortunately there are some real Male organs(word changed for the G ratings) out there. Probably someone who has nothing in their town and freaks out and gets jealous. We have seen these people even here. Threads started about seeing things in towns and accusations of hacking. These sorry excuses for human beings think they are helping the world by destroying what they perceive to be wrong. Good luck and I hope you get it all back

I think that there are people experiencing this that aren't reporting it to EA which could be why it hasn't been fixed yet

I also think there are other people that are experiencing it, but don't know because the people that enter their town do the right thing and log out. These would never be reported, because the person doesn't know.
