Origin shouldn't be counting Other Springfield.

If you're trying to send invites, and the game says that the invite failed, I've gotten the a number of times. Hitting the log out button and then going back in always fixes that for me.

If it says you're full, you might try logging out also. Then you could try asking for invites. If you can't accept the invites from the game, try accepting from Origin.

If none of that works, try contacting Origin support.

Is it possible that the other person you're trying to invite already has 100 neighbors? This has happened to me several times. Maybe try someone new and see if that helps? It's just a thought... good luck!

I've had it count pending invites, for some reason. Clear those out and see if it works.
