I love this forum... First people complaning that nothing is for free.. then people complaining that it takes a bit effort to get it...and finally it´s all **** because it brings no money :roll:
No wonder that EA staff isn´t reading things here anymore..
If you don´t like to spend the time why you haven´t waited until first people got this item to check if it make sense to get it?
I'm going to have a problem if this Lighthouse is big - I haven't any spare land left. I've just had to juggle to fit in Apu's apartment and Sanjay's house.

It goes in the sea. Not land. It has it's own little island it sits on.
Hopefully, tomorrow night i will have the lighthouse, eagerly awaiting the moment
yes, i know, it doesn't do anything like give XP and Cash etc, but hey, it's free and we have all wanted it for ages, and we have to give EA credit because they could have easily made it a premium item (although technically if you 'speed it up' it becomes a premium item with no bonuses)
I do hope it has some sort of animation when it's tapped though, that would be nice
If i really push it, PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE give Homer a task there!
Oh, and we need a set of rocks that can be placed in the sea, and a shipwreck to replicate the famous 'hot pants' episode
And why not let us add those very funny hotpants to the sea near the shipwracked cargo ship?
Maybe add a task for people to go and collect them from the sea based on the episode?
I dunno, got a few ideas for the lighthouse i have
being 24 points short of the lighthouse and in less 8 of my friends only graffiti my buildings will i get that lighthouse today if not it will be tomorrow. And i blame some of my deleted neighbors who dont clear their handshakes at least daily.
Like i said you got to go to the bathroom several times a day plenty time to log in and tap why your doing other things. :P

It flashes when you tap it, yay!
It shines a beam straight down. It doesn't rotate or anything. It last about 3-5 seconds.
