Something money can't buy

That would be a true "aspirational" item. But then how would EA make any money???

The wheel items were sort of like what you described. Do those count?

Haha yeah I know they need to make money that's why I was thinking one item. The wheel is as close as it gets, everyone else (not me by a long shot haha) seems to have enough to buy the aspirational ones like fifty times over. Also it might stop people complaining if there was always something they hadn't gotten yet... And couldn't get yet

Like a special prize for every year that you've played.

Now there is a suggestion guaranteed to annoy the trolls who lay down the donuts to rush everything and then complain about the lack of new content. I love it! On a serious note thought, how long did you have in mind OP? I'm not rushing my Spuckler babies (still waiting for the first one) and it will be a very long time before I get all 3.

That's a good idea. The FP prizes also kind of work along these lines. Provided you don't spend the donuts to get them immediately.

It would be cool if EA made it so FP prizes couldn't be sped up with donuts so everyone had to earn them. But then of course they want people to use the donuts

They do want people to use donuts and obviously they still will. Like someone said it would be fun for the people who come on here fifteen minutes after an update to say "done! Bought eleven whales, they cost too much, what's next" to have something they can't just buy. The prize after playing for a year is a great idea! Even if it's just a quest list you can't rush and there's a prize at the end. Say a two week quest line that you have to wait to complete

They've done something like this before

    Kumiko
More recently the guinea pig rescue center. I think it's good idea it'd be awesome to earn FP for them

I am someone who has bought donuts in the past, and have rushed things before because I wanted to catch up with a lot of people, but I agree, i'd love something that can't be rushed and you be rewarded, Just something to take that temptation anyway from people and everyone on the same playing fielding, I have calmed down now and don't waste my donuts, but the temptation is always there

Yeah!! These are all awesome ideas and I hope EA still reads these things!
I think ( even if it's secretly ) everyone would be happy having the donut spend temptation /rush rush taken away just once, every now and then

i would like to get a homer buddah after 30 days of logging in or even a special one of a kind item that cant be rushed it doesnt have to be extravagant it could be something like the sandbox in homers backyard or even a duff six pack that can be placed right next to homers kiddie pool
