Awesome! Is that the.. Save Lois task? I don't have her leveled up yet. Soon.
I had to spend 30 clams to get the clown outfit. They were earned, I haven't purchased any yet.
I needed four pies to finish, and those clowns weren't spawning fast enough.

Yeah, that's the save Lois task. Quite suggestive, if I may say. I dare not post the other positions in that task.:lol:

You should see the scene from the show that task was based off of, it's hilarious and the game doesn't do it full justice

Ditto. Go for the church. It adds another character and building to your town. Hope we get more premium characters in the 50 clam range.

My costumes are going well now. Managed to get Clown Peter without spending clams. Cop Joe is in process at the moment and i think i'm 2 maps off Pirate Peter, 2 or 3 hats off Navy Quagmire and a couple of shells off Mermaid Peter. I only have 2 or 3 bits of land left to buy too. Then i'll get ocean world and move on with the tasks.

When unlocking the costumes does it feel like items are easier to get the more you need of thrm? For the map for Pirate Peter i was getting 1 or 2 a day when i needed a few of them. Now i only need 2 more i haven't had one for 2 days

Buy the church. Tucker's kids tasks are kind of lame so far, with the exception of act normal. I bought the second worker thinking I may need him. I have not needed him as I am only level 19 and I am basically buying land or building once a day. If you're going to house farm it may be a good investment.
I also like to make my characters do tasks.

Made level 20, finally got the police station, library, and hospital built so and going to start working on saving cash for the next big purchase. Have to finish getting stuff to unlock Briand and Dr. Hartman but thankfully it's going quick with multiple characters having tasks giving stuff to unlock them

Finally got the 4th and 5th headbands for Rambo Lois and the last hat for Navy Quagmire and got lucky enough to get a couple of quick nightsticks to make Cop Joe.

The skins take awhile, but I have most of them now, good thing a lot of the characters need the same things to level up. Im trying not to go to fast, so I have something to do until the update comes out. Mostly leveling up characters for now.

It wasn't that they took a while, it's that so many times the headbands weren't being given. Every other time it's been a 75% chance or more of getting the desired item from the task, but with Rambo Lois it was about 10% if that.

That's what took awhile, in the beginning the materials needed for skins dropped quickly, but a couple of the skins, at least for me, some of the materials needed for them rarely dropped and they took me awhile to collect them.

I hope someone can help me or give me some more information. The last character that I unlocked is Brian and I have not costumes to unlock (I have 13, 6 for Peter; 1 for Chris; 3 for Quagmire; 2 for Lois and 1 for Joe). I am now level 26 but I'm not receiving any new missions & I cannot unlock Tricia, Connie, Stewie or Carter.

Does anyone have the same problem? The game's not really fun without anything specific to do.

EDIT: Found the answer to my own question. Seems like we have to wait. :(

    Tricia: PF Chinese (unknown)
Connie: We Heal You Long Time (unknown)
    Stewie: Bob’s Funland (unknown)
    Carter: Quahog Cinema (unknown)

NOTE: These four characters have yet to be programmed into the game, and Bob’s Funland and Quahog Cinema don’t even have an icon in the game yet (the hospital icon pops up behind the lock icon in the store). Expect them to either be inserted into a future District 7 or 8, or to be premium unlockables in the future.

Well, EA have driven a paying premium player in me away from TSTO.

About 40mins ago I downloaded FGQFS and although I was only in the game for just a short 10mins, I enjoyed it more. I laughed at the dialogue and the animations. I haven't done that since TSTO Easter event started or since Valentines actually. Felt nice

Got a lot of catching up to do but as I'm freemium it will take some time but I look forward to playing the Family Guy game from now on

    Will I return to TSTO?

Maybe, but only as a freemium player

Yeah I don't need another worker but I like the way the shack looks when it's upgraded. I may get the church, still debating as I'm not a fan of Jake

Just for this weekend, upgrade with another worker for only 25 clams (regularly 50 clams) and twice as fast building time. I'll clear one strip of my land this weekend so my town doesn't feel so cramped. Great timing! :)

All I want is S & M lois last thing till the update. Need 1 whip only still 250 clams. I've run hooked Peter through his task 10 times and no drop from the fire station. Bummed

You're doing better than me. I have zero whips for S&M Lois-- 1,000 clams to complete it! 250 clams a whip which goes to show how rare it is. Surprisingly, there's no quest in task book to complete it unlike the other outfits.

I haven't bothered with the whips, for now, as I am enjoying Rambo Lois' tasks. Yeah, hope we get Stewie added soon. Brian needs his buddy Stewie. They are my favorite characters on the show.
