How do I send screenshots to the support?
Or can I only do that after they told me to?
Background:
After trying dozens of times to save my town to a user name, the game finally crashed and I lost my level 15 town.
Support told me it was gone and gave me 250 clams for a speedy rebuilding.
That's what I have been doing for the last two weeks, even if it was tedious. Once again the game didn't let me save my town with Conzuela always telling me that my email was taken. I'm at level 11 now.
Today I got a mail from support that they found a level 15 town linked to my email address. They opened it for me and yes! I got my first town back.
But now my second one is lost including all the premium stuff I bought. I've got several coffee shops, the upside down boy, and the guardian crab which I boughtonly today. Furthermore I had almost 300 clams left in this town.
Naturally I want all this transferred to my old/new town. That's why I tried to send a screenshot but couldn't find the option.
BTW: tiny com told me that there was an issue with all passwords containing capital letters and numbers. The system will not recognize them from time to time. So they advised me to use a password with lower letters only...

To send them a screenshot, you can e-mail them directly with an attachment of the photo: [email protected]
Whats the restaurant you get? I would have to buy clams just to get them...
Here's a pic of the fancy restaurant. You can only get it by buying all three exotic animals. It also drops certain stuff (wine bottles and something else, I forgot; I have already unlocked all the characters and outfits in my town so it doesn't show it when I tap the building). I love the look of it, though.
Same here. I've always wanted the Peterdactyl, so when they dropped the price for it from 500 clams to 100 clams (I don't know if it's temporary or not; it could be just for this weekend), I had to get it! I hope they do a discount on the Crippletron someday!
Getting really annoyed now.. Game keeps crashing because I bought the 3 decorations before I started the quest..
If you can log into your game on a different device you can fix it. I logged into my game on bluestacks and was able to clear the exclamation mark on peter than I logged back into my game on my iPhone and it was all good!!

I tried on another iDevice and it didn't work, I'll download **** now and try it, thanks Roly
Edit: loaded it again to see if it fixed and luckily it did
For now yes but a member over at familyguymobile.co.uk contacted tinyco and they said they were looking into other ways to add friends..
If it's based off the game account you'd think they could do it that way :?
They are a small company with a new system being put in place for the game, going with a preexisting system before rolling out their own is a smart business decision.
