The service really depends on who answers on the other side. I've had very friendly people who complimented my town and compensated me with a few donuts for my troubles, and I've had some people who clearly forwarded me a form letter, couldn't answer a follow-up question, and obviously had no interest in my actual problem. It's very hit-or-miss.
Hey guys, feel free to move this but I thought it was applicable under "issues" since most of the people with bugs and issues are directed to CS.
Four days ago I sent EA a petition using their system because my level 24 quest bugged out and it won't start me on the quest for the hospital. I've restarted, all my characters have been free for a week (I don't usually put them on tasks) and all of that, so it's a bug. I got an email saying they received my petition and then nothing. It seems like an easy fix to me, so.. has anyone with issues actually gotten a response to their issues that they post about? :roll:

Anyway, as to the hospital quest, have you stored the power plant and then unstored it? That's what worked for me.
back in January I lost access to my town it was in limbo I couldn't login for a full 30 days when they restored my town I got a thousand donuts and all the Superbowl items that I had missed for being locked out my problems started the day they remove the snow for Christmas my town became an inaccessible.
