I cant even get the update and it still crashes a lot for me when i get to my town past 2 days

Was able to manually update the game myself and it has been crashing nonstop!

I'm not able to get the update either. With all the crashing and lagging, this game is starting to not be fun sometimes.

I'm having no issues not to say your not. maybe try a fresh reinstall if that doesn't work then maybe its your devices? are they older ones?

I'm having troubles with the new easter update. I download it, and when I try to start the game, it kicks me out saying "Springfield is interrupted". I reinstall the game, but it doesn't work. I´m using Kindle Fire.

I had a little trouble, but I cleared the cache on all my apps and restarted my tablet and now everything is working fine. I think updates suck a lot of memory in the cache, but that's just my working hypothesis.

When I play on my own brand new iPad air with the newest ios installed, I experience constant crashing. When I play on my old iPad2 with the old ios, no crashing.

How do I clear the cache on my iPad?

I downloaded the update and after it says tap to continue it kicks me back to the home screen! I've tried closing the app and I've tried deleting and re downloading it and it still does the same thing!
It even does the same thing on my other device, my iphone

Glad it's not just me, I really struggled last night with the game freezing. Every time I tried to visit a neighbour the load screen appeared but my revolving donut did not move and it stayed like that until I rebooted the game (I'm using an iPad). Guess it's being caused by the new update roll out...?
