Can't Buy Donuts

probably should be in the bugs and issues section this, however, i have had issues with the golden scratch r not working properly recently, i've clicked purchase and it says processing, then freezes, sends the screen back to the loading screen and i make maggie cry. Annoying when it happens

That's weird so whatever you are trying to buy does it give you the pop up message to get more donuts and it takes you to the store doesn't have them in store? That's definitely weird open a ticket with EA

I already answered your question in Bugs&issues. It's a common problem on Kindle tablets. You can open a ticket with EA at help.ea.com and a game advisor will fix it for you.
