Got both of m too. Started with the Homers-grave epsiode tie in. Probably just a temporary glitch.
I think the blank notifications are activities from your neighbours but it doesnt work like it should. Give it some time.
The pop-ups im not sure of. Probably related to the blank notifications.

Yeah, we'll see what changes the time wil bring, does not really have another option right now than to wait. Anyway thanks for your reply .
