Woke up at 4pm (belgium) and opened directly tapped out
Took money from buildings, tasks and friends
Ate pitta with salad while i was playing tapped out
Played some guitar for 30min but i was constantly thinking about tapped out and i was sad because there are server problems so i put my guitar away.
Since then i'm trying to get on the server again while i'm typing some things on the forums...i'm still waiting...so here i am...waiting... Maybe it'll work now :p ?

Here is what I have done, in order:

    panicked
compulsively signed in and out, hoping that would fix things
played in my own little town
    played Sims FreePlay
compulsively checked Tapped Out again to see if Origin connection was working
    bowled and frisbeed on Wii
    compulsively checked Tapped Out again
    looked at Facebook
watched about 30 seconds of a Matthew Perry video on Funny or Die before I decided it just wasn't that funny
    compulsively checked Tapped Out again
rebooted to see if that would help
    compulsively checked Tapped Out again
    came here

I think I have a problem. Is there a 12-step group for Simpsons: Tapped Out? Maybe instead of looking for Origin friends to play in their Springfields, I should look for a sponsor. What would be the bible of the Tapped Out 12-step group--the Big Orange Book?

"Hi, my name is lak, and I'm a Simpsons addict."
    "Hi, lak!"

I am ready to admit that I am powerless over Bart.

I went to my sisters house with the kids so they can play and we could eat some smoked pork ****. It was so delicious. I also sat around and ate cookies. Now I'm laying in bed while my littlest one naps and I try to get out of this food coma. I wish I were tapping though. :(

My beautiful 50 inch flat screen fell off its entertainment center (hadn't gotten it mounted on the wall since moving into a new apartment) and it landed on a magic 8 ball which obviously cracked the entire screen, much to the effect of a bowling ball dropped on the windshield of a car. So this freak accident has left me bored out of my skull, so I spent the last few days playing mpoints games. Just earned a free $10 iTunes gift card without using scam/ spam referral codes, all I did was download and play games. I totally recommend it to anyone who wants donuts but doesn't want to pay for them.

Wondering why there aren't any other games like this out there? What? Is this the only cartoon town that can be created? Somebody is missing out on a money windfall.

Wondering if the amount of money this game is making isn't sending developers scrambling and soon we will see other games like this? That hopefully run on Game Center and are therefore more stable.

Yes...doing a lot of wondering instead of working.

Try ice age village, its appalling lol

I have! LOL I also tried Snoopy, Smurfs, Gizmonauts (which actually isn't half bad) but none of them can touch this one...when it is working. I actually like Tiny Towers, Holiday Hotel, Tap Buggies, and Paradise Cove. But again, they aren't near as controllable as this game....when it is working.

Have you guys tried Jurassic Park Builder?

I'm about to ice a cake and watch Alex Cross and The Man With the Iron Fists. My ADHD will probably make me wash the dishes, vacuum, and finish laundry/hanging clothes in the middle of that.

I've been playing the My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic one...cute as hell, but full of bugs, and I'm not talking about the parasprites that turn up with annoying frequency. The social aspect of it is total crap and only works about 10% of the time. Not to mention you have to lay out big bucks if you really want to get anywhere. Two of the major characters cost you tons of the game's donut equivalent.

But I'm going to try out your suggestion. It's downloading right now.

I got some more shuteye and I'm now reading more of Stephen King's 11/22/63.

How is it? I just read that Johnathan Demme is no longer apart of the film adaptation.

Ditto. See, that would make all of this wait-time worthwhile. But at least seeing your avatar here in the forums got me to look online for Weeping Angel images, which introduced me to a genre of LOLcat with which I was previously unfamiliar: the "Don't Blink" cat. So, overall, time well spent.

I just combined weetabix with oatibix. Trying to think up a name by combining the two titles, but it just gives exactly the same name.

Okay, now I have to go look this up!
