You should be able to register your device. I found a link in the FAQ section. Try this:

Maybe you should try to make a new origin account attached to your current town? I'm not sure, it sounds like a weird situation.

I agree with Neuroheart. Create a new Origin ID and register your level 30 game to that. Otherwise there is the possibility of losing your town is you continue to try to log into your old account.

That's why I'm worried. Cause when I have logged in lately, before it goes to the game or even the "Bart" screen i get a "WARNING: your other device did not save your Springfield, data may be lost"

I don't play on any other devices so I'm too scared to go any further

To be safe and reduce the risk of losing your town I would suggest writing down your mayhem ID. it is the only way EA can recover a game for an anonymous user. Then if you create a new account and can't log in, you have a better chance at recovering your anonymous town.

to find your Mayhem ID...
open the build menu
click the "I" in the top right corner of the build menu
Click "view" on the bottom of the options menu
click "view" next to "About"
your Mayhem ID is a long number right under the "Version: 4.8.0"
