I have had it where it was delayed by 5-10 minutes before my scratcher showed up, give it a few.

Sometimes you just don't get to scratch and win 0 donuts. It's the luck of the draw, it happens to the worst of us.

Give it some time. I Had one that was dealer for a few hours. Logged in later that day and it there it was. If not, open a ticket with EA at help.ea.com

I once had a similar problem. I have bought a golden scratcher. Did it scratched. And my game crashed. :roll:
When I logged back in my town, I could scratch it again. And I have got the donuts from the first scratch.

Happened to me a few weeks back. Filed a ticket with EA and after providing them with a ton of info they needed, EA gave me a common scratch off and NOT a golden scratch off.

Fail EA, FAIL.

Are you sure they didnt put some extra donuts in your account and you just had a regular scratch-r? Because I Had the same issue some time ago and they gave me a couple of donuts when I opened a ticket. They said they cannot refund scratch-r cards but they just give donuts.
