Is anybody else saving up their eggs, just in case they change the odds like they did during the christmas wheel?

My eggs are spent as soon as they're generated(and swapped)!

One downside to the uncommon colour first strategy is the slower route to the 80/81 box 'guarantee'. I could have opened a lot more boxes by now if I'd stuck to my common. Worth it for the 300 rather than 100 gold egg prize though, I think.

Blimey you like to live on the edge dont you ;) lol I spend my eggs as soon as i have enough to spin the "chance" If leaving the spins to the end could mean you might not get anything decent at all depending "if" they even change the odds which is no guarantee

It's really hard! All I have left are father Sean and Shary Bobbins, and every time I get enough eggs, I always get Easter fences (I have 100 of those), Easter trees (got 6 or 7 of those), pastel fences and other stuff that I really don't need now. How do I get the last two characters. It's ridiculously hard!!!!!!

You've got tons of time left and only two characters to win. In the meanwhile, build a big forest in your SF to hide all the trees, ponds and fences in after the event's over :D

It is definitely a slower route. It requires patience, which I happen to have in spades. I wish I'd been keeping track of how many boxes I've opened, but it just didn't occur to me. This morning I got the Number Bunny. Making progress. Three cheers for making progress!

My strategy SEEMS to be working. Thus far, I have won the Banana Dictatorship, flying # bunny, one of the alien topiaries, and Father Sean. I have not purchased extra eggs, an extra egg generator, or increased the frequency of tapping beyond my normal schedule. Oddly, I haven't won the Blocko Store or Chirpy Boy & Bart Jr. even though I've only been opening pink boxes.

I have a side town that I'm playing normally, trying to win the prizes for my common color first. The only things I've won are fences, trees, an egg pile, and did I mention fences

Now I really wish I'd been keeping track of how many of what boxes I've been opening. I will say that it FEELS like I haven't opened all that many.

Every time I start to panic and think that I'm not opening enough boxes, I get something decent.
