Well, if you were playing during Saint Patrick's Day, she might have gotten stuck in the pub. Store the pub and see if she appears. If she does not, immediately go to the help section and try to get a live chat with someone. The Simpson house can't be stored, so this isn't something that players can fix themselves; it takes high level tech support, so make it as clear as possible that this problem needs to be elevated (but be polite about it or they might bail on the chat.)
