There are some VERY warped people out there, no mistaking it. There are great people too of course. We can only hope the good prevail!

Sorry to hear your game got trashed, but great that you got it resolved.

It would be helpful to some if you could perhaps tell us how / what got fixed please?

Would there be a reference number that you could post so that if it happens to any of us, we can just show them the number and have it fixed just as easily? It would be a good source for the dev/database teams to use.

Basically we went to LIVE CHAT on the EA site. Explained the problem, gave info about most recent purchases.
I have to say there was a rapid "we'll try and help" when it was mentioned that real mney had been spent on the game.
We kept it polite, no ranting/swearing.
We were asked what was missing, the reply we gave was: I am level 39 and four stars, it will take a while to list everything that's missing!

We didn't get a reference number. It was all done within the live chat session!

CHANGAKHAM (I think I've spelt it right) was our chat person.

WooHoo! I'm glad they resolved your issue in a timely manner, congratulations on that! It really is infuriating that some jerks will cheerfully ruin someone else's hard work for no reason whatsoever. :evil: I've never experienced the wrong town glitch (Knock on wood) but if I did I sure wouldn't mess with anyone's stuff. That's just plain wrong! :evil:

Live chat is da bomb. Amazing what a live session can accomplish quickly as opposed to back and forth emails that never reach a conclusion.
