crashing all the time !!!!

If you're a Android user on Android 4.2.2/4.3/4.4 can probably resolve and remedy the problem by following my personal steps/solution which gives me less crashes.

Reboot your Android phone/tablet/device
Go to Settings
Then tap Apps
Next find Tapped Out
Tap the button that says Clear Data
Open Tapped Out
Wait for updates to download and log back into the game.

If the steps don't work, uninstall and re-download Tapped out and re-follow the steps again.

I hope my solution/steps work for you as it did for me.

This remedied the problem for me, I had to uninstall/reinstall, wait for updates to download and logged back in to get Tapped Out working for me again.

    I just got a new phone last month... and had to reinstall this game....

    Ugh! if only a fresh install would solve the problem, that would be great! this issue is far too deep of a problem to be solved by simply reinstalling. ive uninstalled/reinstalled/cleared cache/cleared data and re downloaded all the updates, etc.. its simply issue between the new Android, and EA not giving 2 cents bout it.

    yip I see that now....

    just had 4 crashes in a row when trying to start this game.

    it is not as if I have not brought many truck loads of donuts in the past.... I am a paying gamer :(

    really crappy :(

    Don't worry guys. I've only been sending bug reports with details since mid November last year about the KitKat bug. I'm a big player whos spent good money on donuts for well over a year. I'm sure they've been paying attention.......oh no wait.

    Every update I have my fingers crossed just to be disappointed. If this had been an iOS bug it would have been fixed in days. Currently its been over 5 months! Sucks to be us. Fact is EA just don't care yet. Hopefully the release of various flagship phones running KitKat in the past month will light a fire under their *

    I am also a level 39 player daily player

    if everyone starts reporting each crash will this make a difference?
    after 18 months of crashes I have just started too

    nothing has worked for me, I have had over 30 freezes n crashes or just crashes a day since easter update. I also just started reporting them too but most the time option doesn't even show up, just goes straight to phone's main screen

    When it stops it usually gives the Option, atleast it does for me, jmart0031914, to report, or theres an "ok" button.
