You've probably tried this, but in case you haven't, after you've verified that you've uninstalled the game, try rebooting your phone, then go to the play store and install it.

did u update your S4 to KitKat yet? if not that is probably the case. unfortunately once u update and it will download, it will crash soo much u will wish u never even bothered. the game will barely load and work for 5 min at a time with the new Android.
