I was kinda the same, Ralph had just finished his 16hr task as i loaded the game cos of the update, if i hadnt of known i would have set him on that task again :shock: Granted could have stored his house but still would have been annoying

Anyone else get the Level 40 update, only to log in later and have it all taken away?!?

I got the update this morning, started Lisa & Ralph on their quests, bought the Lotto & Liquor, along with a couple of concrete walls.

Logged back in a couple hours later, and I'm still at Lvl 39, no building or walls and Lisa & Ralph are free. :shock:

Weird part is, the pavement I placed under the L&L is still there and everyone else is still on their respective tasks...

edit: I thought maybe EA pulled the update, that it wasn't supposed to come out yet, but no one else seems to be having this problem.

Try to force stopping the app and then re launch it and see if it fixes it

Tried that, several times.

I even went to the App store to see if I needed to manually update, no go.

It's weird because it gave me a new 2hr task for Lisa (Read to Old People) in the meantime...

But I;m still at Lvl 39
