Do you have to ZAP to get the egg?

My son can't zap on his phone but he got the egg in about 5 minutes by tapping. I CAN zap on my Kindle and have gone about 12 days now without it.

After a horrendous dry spell of over a week, I finally got it from tapping Cletus bunnies. I would really LIKE to use the bunny stunner, I just haven't been able to get the darn thing to work!

Thanks for the input. At least I know it's possible if not probable.

My frustration level with this event is immense. I got the egg in my primary town 5ish days ago and I've only received 2 baskets. I have many neighbors willing to give me eggs but they can't because I have no effing baskets.

I got it by zapping but it really shouldn't matter what issue are you having with the zapper

You can just tap on them. Zapping helps if they are hiding behind buildings or a big group of them.

My wife got it by zapping (and not even the farm bunnies).

For me zapping is hit or miss. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I like the sound the bunnies make when tapping them but I also like the sound they make when zapping them. It's a win win whichever way I do it!

I guess, more or less, I was just kinda wondering if people were having better luck with the zapper. No bunny goes unsquashed in my towns.

Got my egg through zapping I also had issues using the zapper found holding on to a building gets it to kick in everytime
