Non Tapeable Baskets

This is a glitch that popped up early. It was supposed to have been fixed, but I've run across the same thing in a couple of my friends towns. Not sure if there's anything you can do about it.

I've several neighbors that still have un-clickable baskets. I'd suggest you just put out all the baskets that you may have. I've seen neighbors with both bad and good baskets next to each other and at least the good ones can be filled.
