it makes sense and you might want to try it but I'm not in your situation so I can tell you if it would work but its what I would suggest I was just deleting it from both devices and deleting it from the cloud and starting over

I would try what snakeeyes suggested but to be honest idk when you actually see the fix as your game is saved to origin but hopefully you get your town situated
