Crashing game finally costs me a drop

This also happened to me but with Shary Bobbins. I won her, but then the game crashed and now it's as if I never won her.
I sent EA a ticket and after two days of no response I got wait for it.... ONE GOLD EGG BOX!!!!
Disappointed is not the word.
