Olive branch crashing issue

So I'm trying to complete the Olive Branch part 2 task go to the library all three completed it but it remained on the task bar I have read many times here that putting the library in storage should remedy this situation however every time I try to put the library back out my game crashes does anyone have any suggestions?


Edit I also cannot finish my bowl a Rama construction so I'm thinking it may be because of the current server problem I will try when the origin symbol comes back and see if that may be the case and let folks know if ethier issue resolves then.
