Final Day Prizes!

Prev134
I feel your pain... I've decided to go back to freemium for a while, no more money from me for EA that's for sure

Plus, i've beee a loyal TSTO player, but this event drove me elsewhere, and in that particular elsewhere,. i'm enjoying that game so much more

Don't think i'll be making many visits to my Springfield for a while now, probably just a couple of times a week.

just curious, which game are you enjoying now? I'm looking for something new since I've gone as far as I can with TSTO and I'm not willing to spend donuts to get more decorations that will just sit in my inventory.

in 55 pink boxes and about 6 or 7 gold boxes opened today, I got Chirpy Boy and Bart Jr, as well as the Blocko Store.

Still missing Shary Bobbins, Kodos Topiary, Egg Council Guy, and Hugs Bunny.

So, all total, I DEFINITELY opened more than 81 boxes....I think that whole 80 or 81 box thing meant 81 BOXES OF THAT PARTICULAR COLOR, which makes that "guarantee" pretty much impossible.

I got a bunch of crap like usual, but I got my Blocko Store!! I didn't get Shary bobbins or father Sean, but I gave up on those after all the pastel fences and gates... But just glad I got Blocko store :)

Opened 3 pink boxes and got a tree, fences, 300 gold eggs which gave me enough to open a gold box and I got a Kodos topiary, my third one.

Never got chipry boy and bart jr, Shari Bobbins, and Father Sean.

    Here's my event sum

Common box. Got both fiestas and egg guy on try 35!!! So had no time left to exchange eggs for uncommon box
Uncommon box. BAD. no blocko store or lizards
Gold box. Won bunny guy, bunny rabbit, banana Dictatorship, that's it. No sharry, no father

    Overall, it sucks

I managed to get enough blue eggs for 2 more blue boxes.

Opened one, it seemed to hover on the egg council guy...

Before giving me my 9th pond.

Opened the second, it gave me 300 gold eggs, which took me to 500 again, so I opened a gold box.

It showed Sherry and Father Sean several times...before giving me yet another set of pastel fences.

    **** this game.

**** everyone who made key decisions on how this event would work. The above is just deliberately cruel.

I got pretty much the same thing. In my last 5 pink (uncommon) boxes I got a beach towel, 300 x 2 golden eggs, Easter fences and a tree. Never got the blocko store or the lizards. Those 600 gold eggs gave me 800 total, good enough for one box and a remainder of 300 useless golden eggs. That box gave me pastel fences (I now have 22 total Easter fences). All friends are visited and all of my common, blue eggs are traded in down to 52. So I've got no time to get more pink eggs. Homer and the egg generator should give me more blue eggs one last time before the end of the event, but the event is scheduled to end before Ned, Nelson, Moe, and Ralph finish their last egg tasks. I put them on it just in case the event was extended. I never relied on friends dropping off eggs in my baskets since most people didn't care to do it.

I miss the events where I could get all of the free items just by regularly visiting and I didn't have to worry about the premium items. Ever since v-day it's been possible to miss out on something by bad luck even if you're a regular player who plays more during events. That happened to me with the love gazebo and consequently the tunnel of love. Now it looks to be happening for about half the Easter items for me.

Trying to get another gold box spin and BAM egg pile #8. I might get one more, but at this point I am over it. I'm ready to free up Homer(edit and Hugs Bunny who needs a free Homer too!), Ralph, Nelson, and Crazy Cat Lady to get started on the quests they have been holding off for 3+ weeks.

Right. I mean if the events are now going to be based on luck, then it should at least pay off if you play regularly, and less so if you play irregularly. Instead we get a limitless supply of things that aren't in the show and virtually no chance at the things that are in it.

I miss the events too where you can get all the items by regularly visiting neighbors. I don't like all this grinding on chance based events. I put characters on tasks too just in case they extend the event, but I don't think they will.

I am going on the assumption I won't open more boxes. I know it's possible depending on forced updates.

I got nothing but crap opening my 7 uncommon boxes which led to two gold. The best I got was a third Kodos, and I don't have Kang. I've opened 80 boxes and the guarantee should have been 80 total, not 80 each color. I didn't even hit the 20-gold-box mark.

My last gold egg boxes (EVER, that I bought) were Sherry Bobbins and Hugs Bunny. Those are the last 2 and will only open more boxes of any color if I can get enough eggs through normal means.

Just opened a blue box and won 300 gold eggs. Couldn't open a gold box because I'm 100 eggs short... Oh well.

That 50 fences for 15 donuts was complete ****. I have 45 which means winning that is already out of the question and I still need sherry, Sean, and fiestas...

This stupid grind was a complete waste of time. I won everything within the first couple of weeks, and after that it was all **** prizes. This is official, I hate this event more than any other event.

It's funny. When events used to end I'd feel a sense of accomplishment and excitement. Now all I feel is nothing but annoyance. Ever since Christmas, I don't look forward to events, and this only made that feeling stronger.

Way to go EA. Money seems to be more important to you then treating fans right and giving people a fair game.

Got a blue basket filled so got another shot at one last gold. Actually won the gold eggs and then...250 common eggs. Looks like I am done and ready to move on from this event.

Don't think i'll be making many visits to my Springfield for a while now, probably just a couple of times a week.

I feel ya. I think Hearthstone is about to get what used to be my donut foldin' money.
