Very happy you stil have your town! Check if anything, and i do mean anything, is missing. If so, contact EA immediately at help.ea.com.

The message doesnt necessarily mean youve lost your town. It means someone else was accidentaly signed in to your town. A lot of peolle leave as soon as they realize but, unfortunately there are some people who think its funny to mess up your town.

our towns are all saved on EA servers, so you wouldnt have lost anything and neither has anyone else, they just cant figure out how to log back into their town after they reinstall xD
