    Same here. Contact/help form is not working. Tried different languages. Gives me an endless loop, short before finishing the ticket (last of 4 forms) , brings me back to the first form. :shock:

    I just put a ticket in to them and it went through ok. They said some one would contact me with in 48 hrs. Fingers crossed!

    Severe lag scrolling through my town.

    Here's a link to the chat....OMG really? Are they kidding us? I'm just so **** right now. So much for my patience....they have quickly made me reach the end of it. It might at least make you laugh.

    My Sony experia ultra is lagging on kitkat 4.2.2. The people at E.A trying help have no clue what they are doing. They read off a prompt on screen, try this try that... I expect E.A to.make an announcement soon but don't hold your breath!!

    Tried it with Internet Explorer and it worked. Chat send me to the faq/troubleshouting site. Don`t expect any changes, because the problem is account/update related.

    Yes it's just incredible. I filed it in the Survey as well, but I doubt they will even have a look at it. If we had such a service at my work we wouldn't sell any products anymore. They're so lucky we're addicted...... (although they should correct soon or they might loose a lot of customers)

    Hey. I got through to the live chat, had an almost identical conversation as above.

    Got the same set of instructions, nothing works.

    Nexus 5, KitKat 4.4.2.
    Severe lagging, constant crashing when visiting.
    Also unplayable at the moment.

    I'm having the same lag issue as everyone else and crashing when i visit certain neighbors. The game worked well until the update. I sent an email to support just to make sure the problem is documented. I play my town on the 4S and my daughter has a town on the mini. Both are lagging even though her town is a sparse level 37. I can't try either of these towns on other devices because when I try to log in on another device I get an old version of both of our towns from Christmas!

    Galaxy Tab 10.1 with android 4.0.4 ICS severe lag when scrolling. Easter ran beautifully.

    I'm running on android 4.1.2 on my Galaxy S3.
    The new app update has a tremendous amount of lag. It is very difficult to scroll around town. It is very jerky and hangs up a lot, though it hasn't outright crashed (yet).

    Game immediately crashes when trying to launch on both devices.

    iPhone 5 with iOS 7.1.1

    Ever since downloading the update yesterday, after touching "continue" on the log in screen, the donut spins for about 5-10 seconds and then the game crashes every time. I've tried deleting and re-loading the game twice to no avail.

    I have been having the same issue. I'm playing it on a Galaxy Note 3 and it is running like I'm playing on a Huawei Ascend. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

    As far as the game crashing....it's been doing that to me a lot even before the Easter update.

    Kindle Fire HDX (7 inch model) running Fire OS 13.3.2.2 (current)

    Game works, but is so laggy that it is almost unplayable.

    Since the level 40 update yesterday, I am unable to access my Krustyland. Each time I try, my game crashes.
    I play on an iPad 3.

    I'm having the same problem as everyone else. The game lags and freezes! It's unplayable in this condition! I'm playing on an iPad with retina display iOS 7.1.1
