Sooooo very frustrating to play several times everyday during event and not getting most of the premium gifts. Sick of so many ponds and umbrellas and no decent gifts. Almost never got a basket and I hit thousands of bunnies. Nearly delete the game was so ****.

The prizes were great, I loved the bunnies, the story was good, but there was hardly any chance to get to the prizes no matter how many boxes were openend. Even those that spent a lot of donuts on eggs often came up without the bigger prizes. Events should offer two possibilities to get all the prizes: either by grinding for it or by buying them. Chance based events like this with all the odds stacked against us are a waste of time and money.

I'd be curious to see two polls ... One poll rating the Easter event as it was presented as a game of chance, and the other poll rating the rest of the event's components.

The offered prizes, characters, buildings, design, and story line were the best I've seen in the game so far. Obviously, a LOT of creativity went into it.

It could have been a rousing success. Instead, it was a complete train wreck from start to finish.

Better than whacking day prizes?? They got be the best I've won imho... As for this Easter event, it had the possibility of being a good event if the mechanics of it werent ****ed up from start to finish and EA had bothered to fix all the issues... if only

I gave it a "D". The idea was cute. I did like finding the bunnies and trading eggs with my neighbors. The darn boxes ruined the whole thing! I had to work too hard for the CHANCE to win something good. I wish that you could have bought the prizes with eggs. Like a beach towel was 20 eggs and Shary Bobbins was 2000 eggs or something. I wanted Bart jr more than anything, and I never got them. I did, however get a ton of those stupid beach towels. I didn't get any characters from the gold box, but I did get 40 fences which got me NOTHING!

I don't like giving Fs, but I felt the Easter update deserves it. Not fun, poorly implemented, chance based, hard to accumulate eggs - all negatives in my opinion. Even the characters had too short storylines that fell flat. Thought Crazy Cat Lady was the best thing and she wasn't a prize.

I gave it a F. Before Easter started, I looked forward to every update in this game and playing every day. When it was over, I looked at my Kindle and for the first time didn't feel like playing anymore. And whenever the next update begins, I'm still wondering if I'm going to spend as much time invested in it knowing that loyal daily playing doesn't guarantee winning everything anymore now that this is a chance gambling based game now.

Easily a solid "B" from my perspective - I don't quite get all the rage, but for me, I got everything except Hugs, Sean, and Shary (without spending any donuts on eggs). And I'm 100% fine with not getting them as I have more than enough characters to task and 20 million in game cash. I received a bunch of new "loot" for my town and three buildings for "free."

Would have liked better egg returns on neighbor visits as well as less stingy bunny-coughing-up-baskets so I could have opened more gold boxes. It was certainly not as good as previous events, but I enjoyed myself (and I might be the only one who did).

Nope. I enjoyed it too, even though I didn't get egg man, Shari, one of the topiaries and whatever else I missed. But, I think that adds to the game, makes all our Springfields unique. I just don't feel "entitled" to everything the game can offer. It seems petty to be so.

Edit: I didn't get Hugs either and really wanted him. Still had fun. :)

F from me. My game crashed throughout, making visiting friends incredibly painful. I spent a ridiculous amount of time and donuts on this event and still didn't get everything (missing Hugs and Sharry). I much preferred Whacking Day last year: As long and repetitive as it was, at least I knew that by the end if I put in enough time I would get all the prizes. This "random chance" rubbish is terrible. If I wanted to waste my time and money on "chances" I would go to the casino.

On top of that I lost at least 12 friends during this event, all of whom were long term players, who quit because they were tired of being ripped off. EA, I hope you read this and take the comments in this thread seriously. Don't use the same mechanic again. This could have been a great event. The prizes and decorations were great, and the zapping bunnies thing was very cute. We just don't like being taken advantage of.

this question only a moderator can answer and I doubt it since he attacked a moderator
