Post Easter Failure

I'm having the same issues on a new iPad, an iPhone 5 and an iPhone 4s since the post Easter update.

The game is unplayable at this point.

I am getting so frustrated with this now.

I filed a ticket with EA, telling them that I had tried all the troubleshooting tips several times over and I still can't even get into my game (gets as far as the loading screen and then just crashes.)

I receive a response back about 30 hours later telling me to try the troubleshooting tips. They obviously didn't even read my email.

The Family Guy game is looking more and more appealing at this point...

i too am unable to log in, neither on my ipad air nor galaxyS4. the game just crashes after the loading screen. the game will work if i don't use my account but what's the point when i've been playing since the game's release!
