If you purchased them they'll want a screenshot of all your transactions after the purchase but if you didn't buy the 60 donuts then keep on them.
Also Maxx that's what I don't get they ask for like proof you purchased donuts yet they made ways to earn free donuts but don't even ask about that in fact what happens if they were donuts saved from late ke a year or so ago never purchased

Exactly! I've collected 200 in the game now and if they wouldn't give me them back just because I didn't buy them I'd be seriously ****! Someone was complaining about the same thing yesterday, saying they lost a premium item but EA didn't believe them cos they hadn't bought the donuts.

That's not right and it's obvious you did try contacting the app/play store for a refund
They have committed virtual property theft, which is just as illegal as physical property theft. Tell them that and that you want ALL your donuts. You could technically report them but idk if I'd throw that out as a threat cuz it might look crazy and get them all defensive.
