ANOTHER New Update STILL LAGS!

Mine is almost unplayable due to lag. As for friends, it is unplayable due to crashing every other friend.

My game crashes every other town. Whats the point of fixing FP if I can't even visit my neighbors? And the atrocious lag still lingers. Update. Fail.

I play on a Samsung Galaxy 4.

My FP are back but this lag is unbearable. I've only been logging in to make sure I get my mystery box.

The last update fixed the Friend points issue but the game still has severe lag and random crashing.

I don't know why some people are saying the last update fixed their lag. TSTOTopix says the only code changes were to fix the Friend Points.

Exactly! My Friend Points started working.. At least from the Handshakes within MY OWN town.. Can't even check my Friend's towns tho yet! Seems like they'll probably *HOPEFULLY* get it figured out soon!!

The lag actually seems to of gotten worse after they fixed the FP, Come on EA get it together.....

Yes I agree. The lag seems to be much worse after the FP fix. Now it is totally unplayable. So annoying.

My game is still lagging too! I can't control scrolling the screen. It seems to have a mind of it's own. Tapping on the money and hands takes quite a few taps. Please fix soon, as I love the game! (when it works.)

iPad 3...HORRIBLE lag!! Takes forever to collect from buildings and characters because if the lag and really hard to move around my town because it keeps freezing when I try to move and then shoots all the way over to the other side! REALLY SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!

Yep, still getting really bad lag! Hopefully EA gets it fixed and updated SOON!

Tried logging in yesterday and it started the new update. Got logged off on the middle of the update due to a phone call and didn't try again until later in the day and couldn't get passed the splash screen and spinning doughnut.

Tried logging in this morning and it started the update again. After the update was completed I was able to play. The game went into super slo mo lag 2 times for maybe 15 seconds tops, each time, but it was relatively lag compared to the last few days. I only played long enough to collect my cash and xp and start my residents on new missions again, but it seems back to semi normal.

I don't know if this update was the same one that I didn't finish the day before or if they released another one in the middle of the night but whatever it is it seemed to mostly work.

My FP are working, but having the lag and crashing issues.

With the latest update, now works on my iPhone 5, but lags as badly as ever on my iPad 3. Both are running iOS 7.0.6.

Less crashes and Friendship Points work fine.... but multiple animations on screen creates unbearable lag time in response to touch screen and information processing. I am using an iPhone4.

I've decided to stop playing for awhile so I won't be surprised if my friends list starts shrinking, I've lost motivation to play after experiencing frequent crashes during the Easter event and now crashes plus choppy game play as well, Enough is enough. I'll try back in a few weeks, Uninstalled for now.
