Help, I've been playing for way over a year.

You're not alone, Pnutz - this is the same issue I'm having. Can get around my own Springfield OK and set characters tasks and such, but as soon as I try to visit a neighbour the game shuts down.

Same problem.... Donut is spinning aaaaaand it's gone! Haven't been able to play since the update.

Being kicked out at particular neighbor's town, really weird and frequent. Both iOS7.1.1 and Android 4.4.2 devices. F***...

I am having the same issue. I have not been able to get into my own town since being forced to update uesterday. I submitted a ticket to ea but have heard nothing from them.

PhilieB, have you tried visiting other neighbours? I didnt, thinking it was across all neighbours, until on another thread someone suggested it might just be affecting one or two neighbours. So I tried visiting the next neighbour on my list and I didnt get kicked out. So far I've been able to clear the rest. So maybe it's just the one neighbour that's kicking you out. Just a thought :?

I'm not able to zoom out in my town, enter Krustyland or visit neighbours without it crashing me out, whatever they did in the last hot fix has made the game even more unstable...

Same issue here! This is the 2nd time in a month (missed half the Easter update) that I've been locked out of the game. I can play anonymously but once I login to a Origin I get a warning about another device (I only play on my iPad) when I hit play now the donut spins and then crashes.... The exact problem I had during the Easter update!

Come on EA, twice in a month!!! I'll most likely miss the episode tie-in the way EA moves!!

Best advice...keep bugging them for updates through live chat (always start a new case when doing this though so they don't close your original case....live chat much better than emails!)

Alot of strange things have been happening since the update for me also.
In addition to the frustrating lag problems, I too am being kicked out when I try to visit neighbors.
Also last week when I signed on, I ended up in a Springfield that belonged to someone else. And earlier today when I tried to log in I got a message saying that I was signed in on a different device, but I only play on one device and no one has my log on info.

I'm having the same issue. I really hope I can log in soon so I don't miss out on whatever the new update about Milhouse is all about.
