That's great you got yours back. I had this happen to me a few days ago and haven't gotten my 60 back.

I was very lucky, and the guys I talked to in the Customer Support were extremely nice and friendly. The guy that got me my donuts back told me that he was a player too and it had happened to him as well. I guess that could well have been a white lie, but it was nice of him anyway. :-)
I had a positive experience overall, if you too have lost some donuts, keep trying! I'm with you! \m/
