Just think of all the weeks you've put into this game so a week of not playing pales in comparison. You'd lose out on all that work. Just keep trying and maybe they'll compensate you with some donuts.

Me too jraffa50!! Already missed the episode tie-in and now a mystery character is coming....really disappointed EA!!

I got nothing from EA when I missed half of Easter last month, hoping they are more generous since this is the 2nd time in a month now!

Hoping I don't lose all my fantastic neighbors (unfortunately I did lose a couple last month)

Keep your Chin up DO not let EA beat you. I was locked out for 30 days back in January I asked for 1k doughnuts, all the limited time items (Duff blimp, race car) I got everything i asked for.

Back then they didn't have live chat (or i didnt know about it) i went through email

Thanks everyone. I will try to stick with it. It's tough when it seems that there is no help available. You'd think EA would want me up and running, but there have been times in this where it has seemed like they were doing me a favor letting me play. I just have a really bad taste in my mouth over the whole experience.

I totally hear you on that jraffa50, I felt the same way when I missed half the Easter event, I'm a daily player and know I missed out on a lot of things during that event because I only got 2 weeks to play it and when I asked EA about compensation my request was completely ignored! And to now be locked out once again missing limited content is super annoying!

Come on EA!!!!
