Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app yet?

I fear would delete my game that's lost in there. I know my game is there, I keep getting notifications for it.

Would deleting the app and reinstalling help?

You may wanna retry this tactic once they get their servers up. Because they have a lot on their hands right now I don't think they'll stop just to help one prison right now.

There's a worldwide server crash affecting tons of people right now that's they've got their hands tied with (at least I hope)

This is exactly what happened to me. There is no going back and no help. I did not want to wait 7 days to risk changing my name back and who knows if its still available by then? I just stuck with the new name and town. Luckily i was only level 12 or so with no money invested. Deleting the app or anything else people have mentioned above DOES NOT help. I've tried it all.

I forget to mention that my friends were able to still see my town as if it still existed. I got notifications as well but it was pointless because there is no way to access it anymore.

I had the same problem and somehow I was eventually able to change my name back the next day after being like omg do I seriously need to wait 7 days . Download the Origin desktop thing for windows and try to change it in that. Might be how I did it... or it just for some reason let me change it again on the site o_O ... I remember just thinking "what the hell, why did it let me now?"

I tried to log in but they say my informaci?n is incorrect but i can accesos to my account outside THE simpsons world, Any help?

I can confirm changing your name back works. People could still see my town and old name on their friends also, so I just switched back to that name and as soon as I logged back in it welcomed me back and had my town.

I never change my name, do you think if i change it to another one that resolve my problem? I dont wanna start from the beggining again =(

The same thing happened to me when I changed my name. After a couple days I finally gave in and decided to hit YES to the level 1 Springfield and my old town showed up. I was so relieved. But yeah just hit yes and you should be fine.

Norhing works... I gave up, and i'll stop playing the simpsons.. Its a shame that after all the weeks and hours spent in the game they just erase it..
